Every week my team connects with many Individual Producers and Sales Leaders with cloud and managed service companies.  Most of these people are not actively in the market to make a career change, but would make a move for the right opportunity.

On a regular basis, we update this page to profile a few of these candidates who share many of the qualities our clients are looking for: a history of top performance against quota, career stability with frequent promotion, and strong technical, enterprise solutions experience.  Here are several high-potential candidates for your consideration:

Sales Director/VP of Sales: Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

A Sales Leader with startup and Fortune 50 company experience.  Has successfully led 10 to 20-person sales teams in the IT and telecommunication industries, selling infrastructure SaaS solutions.  Has been responsible for $50MM+ in product and service revenue, with teams consistently over-achieving quotas.

Looking for the right opportunity in the Twin Cities area with a modern platform company that is Cloud/Software oriented.

Sales Director: Western United States

A professional technology and business application sales leader with over 20 years of successful new account acquisition and customer base development.  Has grown and led sales, pre-sales and solution architect teams for some of the most recognized companies in the technology sector, across several vertical markets including:

  • Hospitality
  • Consumer Products
  • Gaming & entertainment

Consistently exceeding quotas both individually and leading teams, this candidate will make an excellent National or Regional West Coast Sales Leader for a mid-market to large technology company with either a traditional/on-premise or a cloud-based/SaaS business model.

CISCO Sales Leader: New England Area

A CISCO veteran with 15+ years of steadily increasing responsibility.  His experience includes Regional Sales and Operations Management, Channel, Vertical Solutions and Service Delivery Leadership.

He has in-depth knowledge of Unified Communications as a Service, UCaaS, as well as Finance, Insurance and Public-Sector industry experience in Business Development, Solution Selling and Marketing.
